At Ministry of Public Health, Qatar, I managed IT projects involving web applications, business process automation, eHealth, mobile apps and Oracle ERP implementations. I also worked with vendors to deliver integrations, websites and other enterprise solutions.
I established IT project governance and PMO processes, including project portfolio management, policies and procedures, and service-level agreements. My work also included managing program budgets, forecasting, delivery governance and quality.
I’ve explored AI and automation opportunities in digital archiving, vendor invoice validation and PMO processes. My background includes project delivery using Agile/Scrum and waterfall, along with certifications in PMP, ITIL and COBIT 2019.
