I am a dedicated HR specialist with a strong background in customer service and human resources. My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology, followed by a Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management. I have honed my skills through various roles, including my recent position as a Guest Service Agent at Etihad Airport Services, where I managed business and first-class check-ins and resolved customer grievances effectively.

Prior to that, I served as an HR Specialist at Jeevan Kalyan Suraksha Seva LLP, where I was responsible for candidate evaluation, resume screening, and the hiring process. My experience at Lufthansa Airlines as a Passenger Service Officer further solidified my expertise in customer care, where I contributed to operational improvements and was recognized for my efforts in winning awards for the station. I am passionate about fostering healthy relationships and ensuring a customer-centric approach in all my endeavors.
