I've built my banking career at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, progressing from Junior Bank Clerk to Customer Service Manager.
Since joining CBE in 2007, I've served as a Customer Service Officer, Accountant, and Senior Banking Business Officer before moving into customer service management in 2022.
I bring hands-on experience across customer service, banking operations, accounting, and business support. I communicate effectively in Amharic and English and use Microsoft Office and Excel in my work.
My education in Banking and Insurance and Management, along with training in customer service and bank accounting, supports my work in the banking industry.
