What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-facing, administrative role where I can support efficient processes, handle correspondence and high-volume inquiries, advise on requirements, and maintain strict regulatory compliance with ethical service.

I’m a banking professional with over 8.5 years of experience in customer service, corporate transformation, and organizational change management at Awash Bank S.C. I handle high-volume client interactions, process correspondence, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining ethical standards under pressure.

In my roles as Customer Service Officer I and II, and as a Senior Change Management Officer, I influenced change initiatives aligned with business strategies and supported behavior change programs to foster desired culture. I also facilitated business process redesign to improve productivity, efficiency, cost management, and revenue.

I developed policies, procedures, guidelines, and proposals, managed administrative tasks including documentation and coordination, and maintained accurate records in databases. I’m fluent in English and Amharic, and I use Microsoft Office and databases to advise clients, interpret/explain regulations, and deliver reliable administrative and client-facing support.
