Drove program deliverables across 22 projects for WSFS Bank’s $1 billion acquisition of Bryn Mawr Trust Bank, advising and partnering with C-level stakeholders. Led the Commercial Lending workstream including migration planning for technology, human capital, and operations teams.

Served as Lead PM for Iron Mountain’s largest acquisition project, supporting acquisition of Bank of America’s Mortgage Servicing Operations ($350MM). Managed due diligence, requirements gathering, project planning, and executive status reporting while leading risk/issue/dependency mitigation.

Managed three high-visibility Global Compliance & Legal projects across multiple time zones, leading matrixed resources, budgets, and C-level stakeholder relationships. Led vendor vetting for SEC Rule 22e-4 and negotiated vendor costs 30% below proposal, then led a team to successful SEC 22e-4 registration in 5 months.

Reported to the SVP of Commercial Loan Administration and managed data migration/logistics migration projects following Bryn Mawr Trust’s acquisition of Royal Bank. Led a team of 20 to vet and manage vendor onboarding and site deployment for a Construction Loan Administration platform and negotiated a 15% decrease in ongoing annual costs.

Delivered three parallel programs covering corporate relocations, mortgage operations legal compliance, and software enhancements with management of resources, schedules, budgets, and vendors. Included loan origination software updates and a confidential mortgage operations legal effort under NDA.

Managed DFAST and CCAR program resources and vendors (US & Canada) across competing priorities and provided executive-level status reporting. Coordinated with Finance and HR for accurate financial reporting, supported IT procurement for upgraded infrastructure, and controlled change to project scope.

Owned global infrastructure transition planning and executed divestiture migration work for Axalta’s separation from Dupont, coordinating infrastructure needs for 168 global sites. Managed onsite/offshore teams and coordinated application owners to support operational readiness.

Applied SDLC methodology to translate business needs into detailed proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), including schedule/scope/issue/risk management and change management planning. Delivered 19 business requirement documents and supported re-engineering of proprietary database data to sync with a new outside vendor via newly built APIs, while leading a matrixed team of 22 across the SDLC lif

Simultaneously led multiple projects collaborating with internal technology, marketing, compliance, and external vendors to improve business processes and efficiency. Created, implemented, and tracked client communication processes using marketing communications, technology, and email campaigns, and mentored teams in using Salesforce.com for reporting and scheduling.

Supported client satisfaction across the holding firm by implementing marketing strategies using social media, web updates, and email blasts. Designed and managed marketing brochures and negotiated with vendors for improved pricing on marketing collateral and related cost areas.

Led the aesthetic and functional revamp of the LFD Capital Fulfillment Website, managing web developers, graphic designers, and client service teams. Delivered a web-based subscription management system, led RFPs and fulfillment/production vendor negotiations, and trained new hires on proprietary web systems and workflows.

Provided financial communication and service to individual and institutional clients while coordinating clearing firm requests and completion. Produced monthly and quarterly asset under management reports, supported investment newsletter creation, participated in the Investment Committee, and executed equity and fixed income trades with compliance focus.

Completed Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor Training and passed Series 7, 63, and 65 exams. Marketed complex financial terminology to clients and prospects in an easily understood format.
