What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise programs involving M&A, conversions, integrations, operational readiness, and PMO enablement in complex financial-services or technology environments.

I've led enterprise M&A integrations, credit card migrations, and mortgage servicing conversions for Concora Credit, LendingClub, Fiserv, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, Capital One, and HSBC Card Services. My work spans operational readiness, technology, testing, change management, partner onboarding, and implementation.

I've managed a $45M IT PMO portfolio of 150–200 active projects, supported a 3.7M-account mortgage conversion, and built enterprise-wide PMO playbooks, templates, and onboarding tools. I bring CSM and CPO credentials alongside hands-on experience creating clarity, managing risk, and delivering predictable outcomes in complex financial-services programs.
