Mollie Deteh
@molliedeteh
Administrative professional blending safeguarding leadership and operational efficiency.
What I'm looking for
I’m a highly motivated, creative, and versatile administrative professional who can work independently in a result-oriented, multi-tasking environment. I focus on delivering exceptional administrative support while improving operational efficiencies through strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management.
Across my roles, I’ve built deep expertise in institution and office management, public relations, communications, safeguarding, and people management in multicultural environments. I’ve served as a school administrator responsible for student affairs (admissions, reporting, registration, orientation, graduation, incident reporting, and clearance) and for safeguarding concerns, including referring cases when necessary.
I also bring safeguarding specialization through training and hands-on leadership. Through my safeguarding lead work, I developed and implemented community engagement and safeguarding strategies, supported safeguarding policy implementation, led case management systems, conducted risk assessments, and ensured survivor-centered incident reporting and investigations. I’ve supported frontline volunteers with guidance and revised or developed training materials on child protection and safeguarding.
In parallel, I strengthen quality and decision-making with audit-ready operations and data discipline. I’ve coordinated internal and external audit preparation, supported licensing and quality standardization evidence, and used quality management information systems (hrmis, smis, almis) to manage admissions, academic calendars, examination and disciplinary records, and student progression. I’m also skilled in scheduling, confidential records, logistics, event coordination, conflict mediation, and end-to-end communication for senior management and stakeholders.
