I am a motivated process professional with experience working in shared service centers and a strong focus on improving end-user experience. I bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach and a willingness to learn new tools and workflows.

In my current role as Senior Process Executive at Infosys BPM, I handle customer-generated requests, update user-facing information on a mobile map application, and manage escalations to resolution. I served as a focal point for Hungarian and Slavic languages, gathering and organizing operational issues and sharing best practices.

I have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Express, Illustrator), iOS familiarity, and ArcGIS Pro, with some familiarity in Visual Basic and Python. I regularly apply these tools to content updates, geospatial data tasks, and quality checks for user-facing features.

I enjoy mentoring and shadowing newcomers, improving operational processes, and contributing to team knowledge. I am seeking roles where I can continue to grow in operations, localization, mapping, and customer-facing process improvement.
