At DELIKOMAT s.r.o., I’m leading the Sales functional stream across multiple countries as the group transitions from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to SAP S/4HANA. I coordinate sales processes across branches and work with sales departments, the central project team, and external SAP consultants on Sales & Distribution functionality.

I support fit-gap analysis, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities. I also facilitate process workshops and knowledge transfer for local sales teams.

Previously, at Mirisys Software, I delivered tailored software and hardware solutions, primarily in the automotive industry, and managed projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support. Earlier, at Moravia IT (RWS), I conducted BI analysis, QA testing, and SQL database operations for localization workflows.
