At Teleperformance, I supported Adobe Acrobat users by diagnosing application issues across Windows and macOS, documenting cases, and guiding customers through product-related resolutions. I also handled escalations and supported customers with product features and AI-related capabilities.

Through a project-based engagement via Ethara AI, I contributed to multimodal AI data operations involving Instagram image and video tasks. I reviewed annotations for entity accuracy, reference relevance, placement, and consistency with project guidelines, and I’m building foundational data analysis skills for AI Operations, Data Quality, and Data Analytics opportunities.
