I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can own talent acquisition and HR operations while using my digital marketing skills (SEO, lead generation, social media) to support growth, strengthen hiring, and improve employee engagement.

I’m a Human Resources and Digital Marketing professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations. I build strong professional relationships and turn hiring and workforce needs into practical actions that support business growth.

In my HR internship at MUSKOWL LLP, I supported the recruitment and talent acquisition process through candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. I also assisted with HR operations by maintaining employee records and coordinating onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.

As a Customer Support Executive (Chat Support), I delivered prompt, professional support through chat channels—addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I managed customer interactions efficiently, collaborated with internal teams, and maintained accurate records.

I also bring digital growth skills through business development and marketing support, including identifying potential clients, generating leads, and conducting market research. With SEO, brand strategy, social media marketing, and lead generation experience, I help connect the right audience to the right opportunities.
