I've delivered digital payment, cash management, and product implementation solutions across Suez Canal Bank and NBK Egypt, helping corporate clients adopt more efficient, controlled, and automated financial workflows.

At Suez Canal Bank, I lead onboarding training, UAT, vendor coordination, and cross-functional rollout activities for digital products, including billing and payment modules. I also support Relationship Managers and branches in positioning solutions that increase product penetration and client satisfaction.

During my time at NBK Egypt, I managed corporate online banking, Host-to-Host SFTP integration, payment workflows, and cash management operations. I gathered requirements, managed vendors and change requests, designed test scenarios, resolved defects, and created dashboards and utilization reports for stakeholders.

I've also managed deposits and payment products and supported the T24 Core Banking upgrade through onboarding, training, change management, and product feedback. I bring experience connecting client needs with Product, IT, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver reliable financial platforms.
