At Innovitics, I lead product delivery for Bakier’s e-commerce platform, TaqaGas’s billing system, and Naeem’s fintech solution. I manage the lifecycle from backlog grooming through delivery, shaping features that improve shopping, billing, and financial-service experiences.

Previously at SafaSoft, I gathered and analyzed requirements for a tourism platform spanning a supplier dashboard, customer website and mobile app, and admin dashboard. I produced documentation, workflows, and wireframes, supported UAT and rollout, and helped deliver the platform as a white-label solution for multiple clients.

I also defined and managed the roadmap for a social media analytics website at Upshifters, translating business requirements into user stories and prioritized backlog items focused on reporting, insights, and engagement metrics.

I bring a Management Information Systems background and use JIRA, Hotjar, Excel, UML, Visual Basic, and Power BI to connect stakeholder needs with practical product delivery.
