What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hospitality role where I can combine bartending, cash handling, and customer service skills, contribute to a high-quality guest experience, and support daily operations within a collaborative team.

I've supported high-volume hospitality operations at Royal Lido Hotel, El Hana Hotel, Dar El Marsa Hotel, Ardjan Gammarth Hotel, Dar Djerba Hotel, and BETA Coffeeshop.

I prepare classic and signature cocktails, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, manage POS transactions and daily cash closures, and welcome customers with professionalism. I've also handled customer complaints, coordinated with bar and service teams, managed stock replenishment, and contributed to sales through upselling.

I'm comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities under pressure while maintaining hygiene, quality, and financial procedures.
