What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Document Controller role where I can manage project documents end-to-end, use EDMS systems like ACONEX/Primavera Unifier/SharePoint, and ensure accurate numbering, approvals tracking, and timely coordination across teams.

I work as a Document Controller, preparing official correspondence, reports, memos, and other project documents using MS Office applications. I’m responsible for organizing and maintaining project files, including drawing submittals, transmittals, approvals, shop drawings, and As Built drawings, while ensuring document management follows established procedures and standards.

I also manage EDMS and collaboration workflows through systems like ACONEX (Oracle), Primavera Unifier, and SharePoint, including archiving emails and tracking approval status. From attending project meetings and preparing minutes to handling RFIs, method statements, material submittals, and purchase orders, I focus on timely follow-up, clear coordination, and high accuracy.
