At the World Food Programme, I owned the People Portal from concept through launch and operation, delivering a self-service registration platform that reached 20M+ beneficiaries across 13 countries. I held final product and technical decision authority while directing multi-vendor delivery across WFP, Newlogic, Kelton and Netlight.

I translated business needs into platform configuration, data-source alignment, metadata structures, validation logic, reporting templates, SQL queries and Python tooling. The programme reduced registration costs by 96%, delivered $31M in operational savings, cut processing time by 50%, and increased platform engagement by 25%.

In Bangladesh, I led digital transformation for the Rohingya crisis response across registration, attendance, complaints and feedback, agriculture, and nutrition initiatives. I raised partner platform adoption from under 20% to 80% within 12 months and led teams of up to 38 across field and HQ settings.

I've also built Power Platform solutions end to end, automated SugarCRM workflows, managed budgets and vendor relationships, and supported cybersecurity delivery at Expedia. I bring hands-on information management, data architecture, and practical leadership to complex, distributed digital programmes.
