What I'm looking for

I seek a senior IT project or service management role driving cloud and integration programs in a collaborative, compliance-focused environment where I can lead digital transformation, strengthen governance, and mentor teams.

I am an IT governance and project manager with a strong track record delivering technology initiatives in the insurance sector. I have led mergers and acquisitions technology integrations, transitioned APIs to Kafka, and driven cloud migrations that improved scalability, reliability and reduced costs.

I manage 2nd/3rd level support, oversee SLAs, budgeting and vendor relationships, and have coordinated GenAI initiatives within a large group. As a Scrum Master and certified SAFe Product Manager, I use JIRA and Confluence to align technology with business goals, strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.
