What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex delivery, business transformation, or strategic revival work where I can turn chaos into working systems, combine systems thinking with research, and build practical digital and operational foundations.

I've led agile delivery and business transformation work at ThoughtWorks, including a Big 4 global mobility technology programme spanning up to eight teams and 80 developers and QA staff. I managed governance reporting, budgets, staffing, delivery health, iteration planning, and the on-time launch of a client-facing website product.

I'm currently leading the operational and strategic revival of Millennium Alliance for Humanity and the Biosphere, rebuilding digital infrastructure, programme strategy, and audience growth. I use AI/LLM tools to synthesize a 20-year archive from more than 500 contributors and design practical content extraction, tagging, and information architecture systems.
