At Quality Business Solutions, I work on enterprise systems analysis and digital transformation projects. I contributed to Hikma Pharmaceuticals’ Internal Litigation Management System and supported the design and implementation of Arab Potash Company’s Internal Audit System.

As a Product Owner Intern at EstartaSolutions, I contributed to the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Aqari, a real estate platform within the Digital Sharjah SuperApp. I also built an AI-powered Telegram bot for crisis support using RAG and official resources and live news feeds.
