I'm an Operations and Product-focused professional with 11 years of experience in Trade Finance at Capital Bank of Jordan. Throughout my career, I've specialized in optimizing operational processes, leading teams, and ensuring high-quality service in a fast-paced banking environment.

One of the most rewarding experiences in my career was being part of the core implementation team for Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI). From the beginning of the project through go-live, I worked on business requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, process validation, user training, and post-implementation support. This experience showed me how much I enjoy building and improving digital products, collaborating with technical and business teams, and solving complex operational challenges.

Today, I'm looking to transition into Product, Operations, or AI-enabled workflow roles where I can combine my operational background with product thinking and digital transformation experience. I enjoy working in collaborative environments, taking ownership of problems, and continuously improving systems and processes.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, productivity, and personal growth. I'm currently building my own AI-first company framework, exploring how AI can help teams work smarter while allowing people to focus on creativity and decision-making. I'm also preparing for an international career and enjoy traveling, learning new skills, and challenging myself through experiences like motorcycle riding and public speaking.
