At Dimple Collection, I lead human resource operations across talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning. I directed recruitment from manpower planning through onboarding across retail, e-commerce, sales, operations, warehouse, finance, customer support, and corporate teams.
I developed HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, appraisal systems, and induction programs, and oversaw the employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit management. I also generated HR dashboards, payroll reports, and recruitment analytics for senior management.
At Visionary Hire, I manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international clients, sourcing across US healthcare, IT, helpdesk, customer service, BPO, finance, sales, and operations roles. I prepare recruitment dashboards and hiring analytics, and coordinate HR operations including attendance, payroll, compliance, and employee documentation.
