I’m a Technical Product Owner with 3+ years across UAE/GCC mobile, web, and AI-enabled products. I own roadmap, PRDs, backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment, turning product strategy into execution across business and engineering teams.

At Royal Swiss Auto Services, I’m the primary Product Owner between senior management and an outsourced agency. I led service booking and live job tracking as Phase 1 retention drivers, and my work contributed to 10K+ downloads, 2K+ MAU, and a 4.3+ store rating—along with a 50% CSAT increase.

I also write PRDs and feature specs with user stories and acceptance criteria, then present roadmap milestones to secure sign-off without escalation. On the delivery side, I own production reliability issues—partnering with engineering to diagnose root causes, define acceptance criteria, validate fixes, and close the loop with stakeholders.

Currently, I’m building Matchiq, an AI-powered job application platform where matching, application material preparation, and match-score routing keep users in control of final submissions. I’ve also delivered internal React + TypeScript platforms that improved operational efficiency by 25% and supported 1,000+ weekly sessions.
