I am a customer-focused helpdesk team lead with over three years of experience in IT product support, specializing in ERP systems with integrated CRM, Accounting, and Operations modules. I have a proven track record of resolving complex client issues, leading support teams, and driving product adoption through hands-on guidance and cross-functional collaboration.

At Miles IT (Striven) I progressed from Helpdesk Specialist to Senior Support Specialist and now Helpdesk Team Lead, where I manage a team of support specialists, train new hires, and work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the ERP with new features. Previously, I handled incoming customer chats and maintained AR data while supporting sales at Lawsikho.
