In Technology Product Development Management, I led a team delivering technology requirements and managed Agile product development, testing, and deployment. As Technical Account Manager for Apple, Samsung, Oppo, and other mobile device partners, I coordinated roadmaps, regulatory requirements, and testing, supporting launches including 5G, VoNR, eSIM, VoWiFi, and VoLTE.

As Program Manager, I oversaw first-in-region projects including eSIM, Voice over LTE, XGS-PON, Fixed-5G, Fixed-LTE, and Smart Home IoT. Earlier at Etisalat, I planned and operated mobile core networks, including LTE packet core systems, and received Outstanding Project Contribution Awards eight times.
