Mohammad Almani

I’m a cloud-focused professional building secure, scalable infrastructure across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). I bring hands-on experience designing connectivity, data, and AI-ready cloud setups for real-world use cases.

In my current role as a Cloud Computing Intern at Extreme Cloud Systems, I work directly with OCI compute, networking, storage, and AI services. I’ve configured site-to-site VPN tunnels, supported workload transfer planning for cloud migration, and applied core networking fundamentals like subnetting, routing, and VLANs in a cloud environment.

As a Cloud Architect on freelance projects, I deliver cloud infrastructure setup and architecture design services using my OCI/AWS certifications. I produce architecture diagrams, handle emergency troubleshooting and remediation, and advise clients on best practices such as principle-of-least-privilege networking and security.

My projects reflect my preference for security-by-design and practical cloud patterns. I designed a secure regional OCI VCN architecture using tiered public/private subnets, Internet/NAT gateways, strict security lists, and route-table constraints. I also engineered a highly available AWS serverless Global Guestbook using AWS Lambda with Amazon DynamoDB.
