At LENSEC, I lead Support, Projects, Presales and internal IT for MENA operations, managing a team of eight engineers across five countries. We support more than 50 enterprise accounts and handle around 1,500 support cases annually.
I delivered more than 20 enterprise projects, including a nine-site deployment for a KSA industrial-cities authority and a five-site ministry-wide platform migration. I also lead solution architecture for major regional bids and delivered more than 40 POCs and technical demos.
I built a hardware sizing calculator, an internal ticketing and asset system, and an AI-powered knowledge base. My multi-agent assistant, built with the Claude API, saves around 30% of daily engineering time.
Earlier at LENSEC, I administered production infrastructure and optimized Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, reducing release errors by 20%. I’m ITIL-certified and hold Microsoft Azure Administrator and Azure Fundamentals certifications.
