As a Billing relationship analyst, I prepare monthly manual invoices for managed customers including AXA, ATKINS, BAKER HUGES, and WPP. I review PO and Non-PO invoices and amend systematic issues.
I handle billing issue ownership and escalations, incident management, and root cause analysis. I also review contracts to check pricing accuracy.
In this role, I manage invoice production across the operation for different products and send daily dashboards showing figures, gaps, and work to be addressed.
Previously, I worked in business development, hyper care delivery, and customer-facing support roles. I’m seeking a challenging full-time job where I can apply and develop my skills in Communication, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
