What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer relations or international account role where I can resolve complex escalations, improve service operations, collaborate across teams, and build long-term client relationships in a regulated environment.

At Vodafone, I manage end-to-end resolution of complex customer complaints in a highly regulated telecommunications environment. I act as the final internal escalation authority before regulatory intervention.
