I am a CCNA-certified Network Engineer currently pursuing my CCNP certification, with hands-on experience in remote enterprise network support. My expertise includes MPLS, advanced routing protocols, and proactive monitoring. I am dedicated to ensuring SLA compliance and performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues. My goal is to contribute my technical skills and customer-focused approach to a dynamic network operations team.

In my current role at Telecom Egypt, I remotely monitor, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions. I have successfully implemented MPLS VPN Layer 2 and 3, configured various routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP, and managed customer ports on DSLAMs and MSANs. My experience with Cisco and Juniper hardware, along with my ability to support various modem technologies, has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in this field.

With a B.Sc. in Electronics & Communication Engineering and a graduation project focused on Cube Satellite Internet, I have a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of networking. I am a quick learner, adaptable to new technologies, and possess strong leadership and time management abilities, making me a valuable asset to any team.
