What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead governed, AI-enabled digital programs in Energy—bridging engineering authority with executive decision-making—where I can drive measurable outcomes across multi-entity portfolios, risk assurance, and secure-by-design delivery, ideally for an immediate Abu Dhabi assignment.

I’m a Senior Manager and digital transformation leader with 20+ years across the MENA energy sector, focused on turning enterprise ambition into governed, measurable delivery. I architect and operationalize an AI Engineering Blueprint that applies AI to industrial engineering governance—so programs accelerate with predictive control, not guesswork.

At MAXGEN, I direct multi-entity strategic programs at the intersection of Energy, Digital Transformation, AI, and Decarbonization, with cross-functional portfolios exceeding USD 1 billion. I translate digital strategy into roadmaps, define value hypotheses, set OKR/KPI targets, and embed stage-gate governance across awarded scopes and vendor ecosystems.

My edge is the blend of industrial-engineering authority and formal governance capability. I steward cross-entity portfolios spanning Data, AI/Advanced Computing, Cloud, OT/IT Connectivity, Applications, and Cybersecurity guardrails—bridging engineering execution with executive decision-making at program-board and steering-committee level.

I’m recognized for thought leadership and repeatable outcomes, including world-record EPC delivery and zero-harm execution in accelerated delivery windows. I’m an active industry speaker and committee contributor, and I focus on building secure-by-design program governance—control-as-code, policy-as-code, risk assurance, and audit-ready evidence management—so teams can scale safely and faster.
