I'm looking to lead cross-functional operations or project initiatives where I can strengthen governance, manage budgets and risk, improve processes, and deliver measurable outcomes.

At BlackRock Asset Management, I manage critical information security projects, including a $1M+ data encryption initiative and risk planning for cloud migration. I oversee $50M+ in operational spend while aligning purchasing and project delivery with budget, risk, and compliance objectives.

I partner with Finance, Compliance, IT, Audit, vendors, and consultants to improve processes and deliver complex security measures. My work includes supporting ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR compliance and building governance frameworks that reduce operational risk.

Previously, I managed construction operations at On-Center Renovations and financial performance at National Money Mart, where I reduced store debt from 20–35% to 2% within one year through a high-risk debt collection strategy.
