I've delivered enterprise technology initiatives at Bank of Montreal across payments, cash management, billing modernization, infrastructure, and cloud environments. I lead business, technology, and vendor teams from planning through production implementation.

At BMO, I delivered an automated cash-management solution, a Virtual Account Management platform migration from WebSphere to Kubernetes, and an ACH API integration for digital payment initiation and transaction-status retrieval.

I've also led infrastructure migrations, including BMO's six-phase SKOPE Server Upgrade from Linux 5 to Linux 7.6, and supported RPA delivery with Deloitte and corporate card portal enhancements with Fraedom. My work spans Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery, with hands-on ownership of budgets, RAID, governance, dependencies, release readiness, and executive reporting.
