Mohamed hedi Achour

Replaced an aging React/Webpack dashboard with a new React 18 application, migrating campaigns, ads, networks, affiliate and reporting over ~4 months. Built configuration-driven table and form systems (TanStack Table, Ant Design, in-house UI) where columns, filters, data types and behaviour are described in config.

Owned the DSP end to end (frontend, backend, bidder) on a platform peaking around 50K QPS, finding the problem in traffic or campaign performance, defining the fix, shipping it, then checking whether it worked. Coordinated work across three engineers and worked closely with the CTO, deciding priorities and keeping delivery moving.

Designed and built a server-driven UI system in about two months: pages, dashboards, grid layout, charts, forms and field-level rules all defined by backend config. Documented the extension model so a new component only needed its own props and markup — the system handled the config and data flow.

Co-founded the company and owned the frontend from first commit onward. Also ran customer discovery directly: outreach, calls, and feeding feedback back into the product. Completed an incubator program.

Helped build GoMyCode's e-learning platform, used by 40,000+ students and instructors, one of 30 engineers on the rebuild, working on the React frontend against a .NET Core backend. Taught HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Redux part-time.
