I’m looking to thrive in a service-oriented organization where I can deliver exceptional customer support, resolve inquiries effectively, handle claims with precision, and contribute through strong attention to details and reliable communication.

I’m a Claims/Customer Relations Officer with experience preparing and submitting insurance claims to support accurate, timely reimbursement. At Metroeyes Clinic, I coordinate with billing to ensure proper coding and billing procedures, while keeping medical records and documentation complete and accurate.

I provide patients with clear information on eye health, treatments, and clinic procedures, and I communicate insurance coverage, claims status, and out-of-pocket expenses. I handle denied claims by investigating reasons for denial, resubmitting, or appealing decisions—while maintaining confidentiality, detailed claim records, and a smooth claims process. I also gather patient feedback to improve service quality and the overall patient experience.

Before that, I built strong administrative and client-facing skills as an Executive Assistant, managing schedules, meeting planning, and executive communication. Earlier, as a Customer Relations/Procurement Officer, I handled client inquiries, managed purchase records, negotiated supply contracts, and conducted market research to support procurement and supply chain decisions—grounding my service mindset in both accuracy and responsiveness.
