I am a senior CRM and VAS project manager with extensive telecom, product and account leadership experience across Senegal and West Africa, delivering customer growth, CRM implementations and commercial wins in cybersecurity, cloud and fintech services. I have led projects for operators, banks and corporates, managed product teams and doubled customer databases through targeted workshops and business development.

I combine technical expertise (Java/J2EE, databases, open-source CRM, BI) with strategic telecom market analysis and project management (RUP, MERISE, BPM).
