I'm looking for an engaging, highly challenging role where I can explore opportunities, lead operational and technology improvements, and help an organisation succeed in a competitive, dynamic business environment.

At Life Action Plus Ltd, I lead operations and IT across a health management organisation, driving digital transformation, process automation, cybersecurity, business continuity, and service delivery.

I've led cross-functional teams spanning customer service, call centre, provider management, enrolment, medical services, claims, finance, HR, and business development. I manage enterprise systems, cloud services, vendors, operational policies, KPIs, budgets, and technology improvement projects from scope through delivery.

Previously, at LAPO Microfinance Bank and Techno Brainy Systems, I supported core banking implementation, data migration, network security, application support, business process automation, and end-user training. I bring a Computer Science background and an MSc in Information Systems with Management Studies to practical technology and operational leadership.
