What I'm looking for
I’ve spent the last decade working at the intersection of technology operations and payments infrastructure in fast-paced fintech environments across Nigeria. I enjoy building things that work quietly in the background, with an emphasis on reliability, uptime, and systems where downtime is simply not an option.
As Head, Technology Operations at 9jaPay, I run the day-to-day health of technology infrastructure, built the operations team from the ground up, and delivered projects using SCRUM and ITIL practices. I also lead vendor and SLA management, bridge technology with product and senior leadership, and implement information security controls aligned to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, leveraging my ISO/IEC 27001:2022 ISMS Lead Auditor certification and deep payment switch experience from eTranzact.
