At ClubLabs, I design across the AAA mobile app, including homepage, travel, discounts, membership, payments, and the ERS chatbot. I also lead native mobile buildouts for auto/home insurance and UBI flows that were previously available only on web and mobile web.
I help evolve legacy 2.5 experiences into the 3.0 design system across OLB and mobile, contribute to early 4.0 mobile design efforts, and maintain a component library that improves UI consistency and reduces design-to-development handoff time. I also integrate Claude into our workflow and take initiative across auto and life insurance experiences.
Previously, I designed ATS, COBRA, and benefits modules at Paycom, and applied user-centered design to manufacturing systems at Huntington Ingalls Industries. My work is grounded in research, content strategy, prototyping, usability testing, and clear design communication.
