What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead user-centered product design, research, and design-system work that improves usability, aligns cross-functional teams, and delivers meaningful self-service experiences.

I've led product design at CNO Financial Group and Navistar Inc. - Volkswagen, establishing design standards, user-testing cadences, and unified design systems for enterprise applications.

At CNO, I led usability remediation for Project Clear, a health benefits platform, and designed the Health Center self-service feature after identifying recurring customer-support issues through representative interviews.

Across UX design, research, and product development, I create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while partnering closely with stakeholders and front-end developers.
