Mitzy Jaimes

I’m a SAFe Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across Agile and hybrid environments. I focus on planning, execution, and delivery of complex work while keeping alignment to business objectives, managing risks, and strengthening stakeholder collaboration.

Most recently, I supported delivery within a SAFe environment, participating in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos to ensure program alignment. I coordinated dependencies with Project Managers and the Release Train Engineer, tracked delivery against PI commitments, and provided metrics and reporting inputs to leadership for visibility and decision-making.

Before that, as a Remote Scrum Master with SOFTTEK (Client: Abbott), I facilitated cross-team planning and delivery within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART). I guided Agile ceremonies for dev, QA, and BA teams, coached on best practices to increase velocity and predictability, and helped ensure multiple Program Increments (PIs) delivered on schedule by managing risks early.

I also bring product-focused experience: as a Cloudapp On-site Scrum Master, I helped shape product vision and maintained a product roadmap, managed the product backlog (grooming, prioritization, refining user stories), and defined KPIs to improve decision-making. I hold a B.Sc. in Computational Systems and earned SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification (2022).
