Mitchele Njoroge

Mitchelle's professional journey began in June 2017 when she joined Sanergy as a Lead Business Analyst and Scrum Master. During her four years at the company, she championed the adoption of Agile methodologies and led the development team in adhering to Scrum working sessions throughout the project SDLC. She also played a crucial role in translating high-level business requirements into user requirements and performing manual testing to ensure that deliverables met the defined specifications.

In June 2020, Mitchelle moved to Washington to take up a new role as Lead Consulting Scrum Master & Business Analyst at Analog. In this role, she facilitated Scrum ceremonies to ensure that all remote teams remained effective in product release. She also led the implementation and adoption of Jira, reducing the time to create and manage tickets by 3 days. She coordinated stakeholder communication through Slack and supported teamwork on Jira, Miro, and Confluence.

Mitchelle's most recent role as a Lead Scrum Master at Virtually Human - Zed Run saw her spearheading the adoption of Agile frameworks and coaching teams to own decisions, policies, and processes to improve efficiency. She led the successful delivery of high-quality products by managing distributed development teams and guiding them to work in an Agile framework. She also identified and resolved complex impediments and assisted multiple teams in delivering their sprint commitments.

Throughout her career, Mitchelle has demonstrated strong leadership skills, an analytical mind, and excellent communication skills. She has a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and has a passion for coaching teams to work in an Agile framework. She is also skilled in project management tools such as Jira, Miro, and Confluence.
