What I'm looking for

I’m motivated to grow within a customer service role, contributing positively to team performance and customer satisfaction.

At Concentrix, I delivered technical troubleshooting and customer support for enterprise software, logged cases, and tracked issues with engineering teams. I also supported customers remotely at BNP Paribas, assisting with platform navigation and onboarding.

I built Wingman, a full-stack AI marketplace assistant that generates proposals, reads job posts, and analyzes client needs. My projects use Next.js, React, MongoDB, and APIs, and I’m developing my software engineering skills at 42 Porto.
