I’m a Customer Support Executive with experience handling customer inquiries end-to-end across international money transfer services, travel reservations, and air cargo recovery. In my Remitly process work, I handled transaction disputes, refunds, pending payments, and payment issues via phone, email, and chat—while verifying customer details and ensuring KYC and regulatory compliance.

I also manage complex cases like delayed or disrupted shipments, coordinating globally with stations, airlines, and handling agents to drive timely cargo recovery.
