I’m a Junior Engineer - Technical Support who enjoys preventing issues and solving customer queries through phone, chat, and email. I aim to turn requests into clear resolutions while keeping customers supported and satisfied.

In my recent role at GoExalt System LLP, I focused on proactive technical support—preventing problems and handling incoming requests efficiently. Before that, as an Associate Analyst - Content Engineering at GlobalLogic Technologies, I helped design processes for QA of entered data and supported project forums.

I’m motivated by continuous improvement: optimizing existing processes, interpreting customer feedback, and helping drive programs to improve results. I want to enhance my knowledge and skills for the betterment of both the organization and myself, serving my country with my best abilities.
