What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale people operations, partner with executives on organizational strategy, and improve the employee experience across growing, changing, or multi-location organizations.

I've built and led North American HR operations at ND Innovation, creating policies, payroll and benefits infrastructure, HR systems, governance, and operating rhythms for a scaling automotive business across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Previously, I built the U.S. and EMEA HR operations model at Clover Biopharmaceuticals and supported SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

Across 15+ years in people operations, I've led organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, and HR technology transitions. At Hydraulex, I led HR for 280 employees across three facilities and delivered more than $250,000 in annual savings through engagement and operational improvements.
