I’m a native Romanian speaker with fluent English and Spanish, and I’ve built my career around staying level-headed in high-pressure, customer facing roles. At RE/MAX in Malaga, Spain, I managed daily client inquiries and resolved issues via email and messaging for international customers—guiding people through complex transactions with clear communication and logical thinking.

In my more recent work at Amazon, I coordinated communication across teams and drivers in a fast-paced environment.
