What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic execution, operational transformation, and scalable systems in complex organizations where I can turn ambiguity into practical, sustainable results.

I've translated strategy into execution across complex, multi-entity organizations for more than 20 years. At The Kraft Group, I lead HR operations across 24 domestic and international companies, aligning benefits, compensation, HRIS, payroll, and shared services with business strategy and growth.

I implemented a self-insured health plan and captive strategy that generated approximately $5M in annual savings, and I led human-capital and operational transitions for six acquisitions and four divestitures. I build practical operating models, analytics, and process-improvement tools that strengthen decision-making, compliance, audit readiness, and organizational visibility.

Previously at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, I managed an approximately $300M annual benefits budget supporting more than 10,000 employees and administration associated with approximately $3B in retirement liabilities. My health-plan, affiliate-integration, value-based design, pension, and retirement strategies were estimated to generate approximately $100M in savings over seven years.

I've also brought financial analysis experience from Circuit City and teach business, human resources, finance, data management, analytics, and technology as an adjunct professor at Champlain College. I thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments where cross-functional leadership, systems thinking, and disciplined execution create sustainable results.
