I’m looking to partner with executive leaders to build data-driven HR strategies, improve hiring and workforce planning, and strengthen culture through performance coaching, talent development, and compliant, efficient HR operations.

I’m a Founder & Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) providing executive-level HR consulting and fractional CHRO services to for-profit and nonprofit organizations across multiple industries. With 25+ years of experience, I lead all facets of Human Resources—from talent acquisition and employee relations to compensation, benefits, payroll, leave administration, and performance management.

I’m recognized for building high-performing teams and driving successful organizational change through training, mentoring, and coaching. I design talent development programs including competency models, career pathways, succession plans, KPI frameworks, IDPs, and competency-based performance evaluations—always aligned to organizational goals.

My work is grounded in HR technology and compliance excellence. I’ve led HRIS implementations using ADP, BambooHR, Gusto, Paychex, and LMS platforms, authored 120+ HR policies and 22 multi-state employee handbooks, and conducted HR, compliance, and I-9 audits while supporting employment law compliance across 37 states.
