At Bloom — Youth Innovation Centre, I grew program participation by 600% during new-market expansion through integrated marketing across events, newsletters, an online membership platform, and targeted email campaigns. I also advised more than 100 early-stage founders on go-to-market strategy.
At the eSafety Commissioner, Australian Government, I contributed to three national policy reforms: the Online Safety Act, the Social Media Minimum Age Act, and the Digital Duty of Care Act. I presented policy analysis to government and parliamentary audiences and engaged international counterparts on digital safety regulation.
As Project Coordinator, Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Murdoch University, I planned and executed multi-channel marketing campaigns and supervised a contractor marketing team. I also co-organised a startup incubator that awarded $10,000 in seed funding to student founders across three consecutive years, resulting in 80+ startups launched.
I'm currently Chair of the Next Gen Taskforce at the Australian Internet Governance Forum, directing production of a national policy report on Australia's Digital Duty of Care Bill and campaigns to communicate its findings. My work has also included strategic communications and government-relations campaigns at the Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia.
