I'm looking for a fast-paced, multicultural customer support role where I can handle customer inquiries, resolve issues accurately, and deliver consistent, high-quality service.

I've supported customers at Apex Bangladesh and Aarong Bangladesh, resolving inquiries, complaints, product questions, order-status requests, and follow-ups through clear, professional communication. As a Front Desk Manager, I managed daily customer interactions, records, cash handling, and transaction processing while maintaining a positive on-brand experience.

Alongside freelance client support, I've delivered 55+ customized designs and managed revisions and after-delivery support. I'm currently pursuing an MBA in Kuala Lumpur and bring experience in digital marketing, business planning, and recruitment coordination.
